Get to sleep is run by Alison Rouse and Annie Jepson. We are both change therapists using techniques such as Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP (Classic and New Code) and EFT.
Alison Rouse
I have helped many people with issues relating to sleep. These range from issues falling to sleep, right through to chronic insomnia and night terrors. It's great when I hear back from people who have managed to change their sleeping patterns in the way I did. Sleep problems can be caused by many things, therefore, the way I work is different for each person. Whether you are stressed or anxious, or simply don't know why you can't sleep, hypnotherapy can be the thing that makes that essential difference.

I see a lot of clients with anxiety, having suffered from it myself over different periods of my life before I trained as a cognitive hypnotherapist. One of the side effects of anxiety, in a lot of cases, can be insomnia. I also had a period in my life where my sleep was badly affected. Lack of sleep can be very debilitating with an impact on work and home life. With the techniques that I and the other therapists on this site have learnt we can help you overcome the reasons for your insomnia.
