about me
I suffered with insomnia periodically for many years. I was never keen to take prescription drugs to cope with it, however, when my insomnia would get really bad it was the only thing that seemed to work.
Despite asking various doctor's for alternative ways to deal with my problem I was only ever offered sleeping tablets, and rather than get ill through my lack of sleep I would take them. Without sleeping pills I was always tired, felt cold and nauseous, was irritable and would generally lose my sense of energy for life.
Since I used hypnotherapy a few years ago to deal with my sleep problem I have slept perfectly every night, and I cannot put into words how much better my life is now I don't suffer from insomnia. Using my personal experience of insomnia, and my skills as a cognitive hypnotherapist I want to help other people who suffer like I once did to be able to improve their life through sleeping well naturally.
I am a fully-qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.
I trained at the internationally-recognised Quest Institute with Trevor Silvester, and I currently assist him in the training of new Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP students. Quest Institute provides cutting-edge training which exceeds the National Occupational Standards set for hypnotherapy in the UK.
I have been awarded the NCH Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is externally validated by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the independent accrediting body, the NCFE.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and adhere to their strict code of ethics and conduct.
I practice at the Clerkenwell Group Clinic, which is on Central Street, London EC1, close to Barbican and Old Street tube stations.
