GENERAL

Q: I'm seeing a counsellor for other problems, can i still see you?

A: It is up to each individual therapist how they work, and depends if the issues you are talking to your counsellor about are affecting your sleep.

Q: How do i organise a group session?

A: Please contact us directly about group sessions and we will organise this according to demand. We require a minimum of 5 people to run a group session. If there are less than 5 of you we can group you with other small groups and individuals.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: This depends on each persons personal circumstances. The average is 2-4 sessions, however, some people will find they might benefit from more sessions.

Q: I have depression, can you help?

A: Depression is an illness, and you should seek the advice of a doctor first, however, many of our therapists will be happy to see you provided you have your GP's approval.

Q: I drink alcohol a lot / take drugs, could this affect my sleeping?

A: Please see our Sleep Tips page for more information on this. If you're still unsure please contact us.

THERAPISTS

Q: There's no therapist in my area, can you still help me?

A: If we don't have a therapist in your area please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to help you as best we can.

Q: Do you have any therapists outside the UK?

A: We have a few therapists in Europe, please contact us if you can't find a therapist near you.

Q: Where do you get your therapists from?

A: Our therapists are all people we know and trust, and adhere to the same code of ethics as us.

Q: How do I know which therapist is right for me?

A: If you're not sure who to make an appointment with, please get in touch with us and we can suggest a therapist and ask them to get in touch with you.

HYPNOSIS

Q: Will my memory be more accurate under hypnosis?

A: The distinction between memory and fantasy could actually be less clear under hypnosis. You will not necessarily be able to remember something that until now you've forgotten. We can not assume a memory is always exactly as an event has taken place.

Q: Will I lose control?

A: You will be totally in control at all times, and will not do or say anything you would not usually do. At any time you can terminate hypnosis if you decide to do so.

Q: Can I be made to say or do anything against my morals?

A: No, you will adhere to your usual morals and cannot be made to do anything against your will.

Q: What if I don't wake up?

A: You will not be asleep during hypnosis. We go into trance all the time, and the trance state we will use will be very much like what we refer to as 'daydreaming'. If somebody under hypnosis was left they would either get bored and open their eyes or fal

Q: Will I remember what I've said?

A: You will be completely aware of what is happening at all times, and will remember everything you have said at the end of the session.

Q: What if I can't be hypnotised

A: There is not one technique which will work for everyone. I use many techniques including hypnosis, visualization and NLP, we will work together to find the technique that is right for you. Hypnosis is often not how people expect it to be, some people do n

FEE'S

Q: Will this cost me more than going directly to the therapist?

A: No, the fee we charge just covers cost and administration. The therapists rates are their usual fee's.

Q: How do you make your money?

A: We take a nominal fee from each of our therapists to be part of our team.
