Get to Sleep is here to help you sleep well naturally. Our website offers valuable advice, and also puts you in touch with therapists near you.

We (Alison Rouse and Annie Jepson) founded Get to Sleep, as we have helped many people achieve better sleep within our own practices. We decided to create a service to help people specifically with insomnia. So we initially contacted fellow therapists in the South East. Our eventual aim is to build a database that covers the UK.

Our therapists will help you identify the reasons why you are not getting a good nights sleep, and will then help you change that behaviour, leaving you with the ability to have good quality refreshing sleep every night.

This is not a directory, as every therapist listed here is known personally by both of us. We strongly believe each one of them can offer the best service possible.

Stress, anxiety and pace of life are among the common causes of sleep problems, however, some people suffer with insomnia and are unaware of why. Possible side effects of insomnia can include; exhaustion, concentration problems, irritability, headaches, nausea, and can leave you with a general feeling of unhappiness.

So whether your issue is a few restless nights, chronic insomnia, nightmares or even night terrors, we are here to help you. We offer individual sessions, and in some locations group relaxation sessions.
