Introduction
'The natural way to a great night's sleep'
Having a good night's sleep is one of the most natural parts of our lives. There are no reasons why you should suffer from not being able to do so. Problems sleeping can affect many aspects of our lives including general tiredness, lack of concentration, irritability, headaches and depression.
Insomnia can be caused by many things including stress, depression and physical symptoms. Many people however, suffer from insomnia but are unaware of the stimulus behind it. Often people are told that insomnia is very common and part of living a hectic life, but I believe however busy and hectic your life is you deserve to refresh yourself each night with good refreshing sleep.
Using my own personal experience of insomnia, and my skills as a cognitive hypnotherapist I want to help other people who suffer like I once did to be able to improve their life through sleeping well naturally. Using the approach of Cognitive Hypnotherapy I can help you to achieve a regenerating and regular natural sleep pattern. This approach uses recent understandings from neuroscience, NLP methods and a modern view of the use of hypnosis.
