Beating Insomnia in 2010
Its 2010! Welcome to our blog and to our new website. We decided that January 2010 was the best time to launch our website. We have the Therapists and we have the experience to assist you. This is the time for New Years resolutions, perhaps some of you may have decided that this your year to do something about a sleep problem that you have been experiencing. There is a lot of research being done at the moment into Cognitive based approaches and how successful they can be. With lots of reasons why people have problems sleeping we can help you find the unique reason why you are experiencing difficulties. In a lot of cases insomnia is the side effect of another issue. It may be stress or anxiety connected with money, work or any of a number of other issues. If you haven’t done so already please take a look at our Therapists page.
